    Registration
    Cancellation received before January 5, 2018: a fee of USD 100 will be charged
    Cancellation received between January 5 and February 17, 2018 (included): 50% refund
    Cancellation received from February 17, 2018: no refund
    All modifications and cancellations must be notified in writing to Europa Organisation

    Accommodation
    Cancellation received before January 5, 2018: a fee of 100 USD will be charged
    Cancellation received between January 5 and February 17, 2018 (included): 50% refund for 1 night booked or 1 night penalties for more than 1 night booked.
    Cancellation received from February 18, 2018: no refund
    The organising committee shall neither be held responsible for duplicate registration nor visa refusal. In such events, cancellation policy will be applied.
